| The Journey
The first step of the journey is to find the light Not looking forward Not left or right. But to the past, And all that was right. Search your soul For the power within Find your center and the journey begins I have looked to the past And dreamed of the future. I have seen the mistakes of a foolish heart And see the ambition of a searching soul. I know where I am going For I see where I have been And I know what I am here for And I know where it ends. It may sound morbid to see your fate And believe that a time will come When for you it, it is all too late. But if you see in advance, what will be in store And live each day as if there is nothing more. Then you know where your are going And the path to that place is nothing more That a beautiful breeze That comforts your face. I see the journey And I know the way All there is to do is take it day by day. Follow your heart Let your thoughts be true Happiness then will surround you. I know where I am going now And I really know the way It is time for the journey to take me away. It’s time for me to live in this moment of today. Don’t like what you, or what I have to say Then don’t pay attention Just go away. This is my moment, this is my day This the the time, That I don’t fade away. This is me and this is today.
